T-Mobile Sidekick Gekko rumors not enough for you? Well, here's another Sidekick rumor to keep you on your toes.

As evidenced by the screenshots you see  above and below, the Sidekick LX looks to be getting some sweet, sweet video support in the very near term. The two screenshots confirm that both video recording and video playback will be included in the update. HipTop3 reports that H.264 is prone to be the codec of choice, but there's also speak of H.263 support. Whether or not the Sidekick LX will be endowed with H.264 or H.263 decoding-love has yet to be seen, but if we’d to put our money on it, we'd state that H.264 is coming via an OTA (Over The Air) update.

We'll keep an eye out for that Sidekick LX update.
