At this year’s Tokyo Game Show, we brought back news of a new Wii game from Sega called Let’s Tap. In this game, you tap on a cardboard box to control everything, whether it be tiny runners running a race, or bouncing balloons you’ve to catch. It doesn’t really make sense until you see it in action, but from what we played, it was a lot of fun.
It’s not all silly minigames, though. Well… it really is, but some are more complex than others. New videos from the Japanese Let’s Tap web page show footage of the rhythm game mode. Think Taiko Drum Master or Donkey Konga, but with crazy-assed songs… and a cardboard box.
