The publisher has announced a ridiculous offer — buy specially-marked duplicates of Guitar Hero 5 in September, and it’ll send you an advanced copy of Guitar Hero: Van Halen. The catch here is that this is a mail-in offer, and you’ll have to wait up to six weeks to receive your copy of Guitar Hero: Van Halen. But considering that game isn’t set to hit shelves until December 22, you should quiet your whining.
