So, as you could have suspected, Resident Evil Zero for the Wii looks identical to the GameCube game that came out in 2002. It is, after all, a port.
What should you anticipate? Well, Resident Evil Zero, really. It supports the Wii Remote and nunchuk, but offers no motion or pointer controls. You might as well be playing with a GameCube controller. Oh — if you want to do that, you can, too.
